1.Highly Rigid Structure

2.High Quality Grinding Head

This machine uses a high-precision spindle system originally supplied by a Taiwanese manufacturer and enjoys a high reputation in the world. The spindle uses P4-level ultra-precision bearings, with the taper end deflection within 2µm; it uses a V-3-level low-vibration motor. The whole machine rotates at high speed with low noise, no vibration, and has a large load-bearing capacity. It is suitable for heavy cutting and various molding grinding.

3.High-Precision Feed Structure

The front and rear left and right slides of this machine are pasted with high-grade imported guide rail wear-resistant sheets TUR CITE-B, and are precision scraped to ensure high precision.
