Overall rigidity of the machine The thread rolling machine body is made of HT250 integral casting, and the fixed roller press seat (fixed head) and the movable roller press seat (movable head) are made of QT450 integral casting. The mounting surface is machined and then assembled to ensure that the overall rigidity of the equipment can meet the production requirements. The transmission system should use large modulus spur and helical gear transmission to ensure sufficient torque. |
