Tool Design
It is divided into two types:
1. The drill tip, drill pipe and drill shank are integrally processed from solid carbide through a number of special processes in terms of size requirements of different parts.
2.The drill tip and the drill pipe are intrgrally processed by solid carbide through a number of special processes. And then it is brazed with special steel drill which has been heat treated and accurate grinding.
Drill Tip Sharpening Angle
The sharpening geometry of the gun drill tip has a direct impact on hole tolerance, chip formation, cooling pressure and flow and tool life, centerction, and surface quality.

The sharpening geometry of standard gun drill tip that we invented is suitable for most processing needs for long chips and materials which is difficult to process.
