Advanced overall design

High-rigidity guide rails
The X- and Z-axis guide rails both adopt high-rigidity roller-type linear guide rails, which are much more rigid than ordinary ball-type linear guide rails, ensuring the overall rigidity of the machine tool when the cutting force is large.
High-efficiency processing
The machine tool is equipped with a standard 7.5KW servo main motor, which can meet the customer's processing requirements for large cutting volume and low speed and high torque.
Removable tailstock guide rails
The machine tool is equipped with a hydraulic tailstock as standard, but a removable tailstock guide rail is used. After removal, the user can configure auxiliary tooling to meet the processing requirements of different customers.
Protective cover
The machine tool adopts full guide rail protection, which is convenient for chip removal, and the cooling box and chip conveyor are separated from the main machine to ensure that the machine tool accuracy is not affected by cutting heat. A large-flow and high-lift cooling pump is used to fully cool the workpiece and tool during the turning process to ensure the processing accuracy of the workpiece and increase the service life of the tool.
